Apple held its annual Worldwide Developer Conference this week in which Apple CEO Tim Cook, was the keynote speaker. 2015 marks seven years since Apple launched its hugely successful app store and changed the way people use their mobile devices forever.
App downloads have been growing over the past few years with on average 25 billion downloads over the last 12 months. It had previously taking Apple nearly four years to hit the 25 billion app download milestone.
